She has extensive experience reviewing, structuring, and implementing complex insurance programs, often involving large deductibles, captive arrangements, reinsurance structures, premium allocations, surety, and employee benefit plans. Her ability to simplify complex concepts allows clients to make informed decisions that align with both operational needs and long-term financial goals.
