AUTHORITY BY NATIONAL SPECIALTY LINES INSURER.
HAZLET, N.J., June 16, 2010 - Statehouse Casualty Managers & The Windward Group have
entered into a preferred partnership with an A- / IX Specialty Lines Insurer to underwrite
umbrella coverage for a broad class of businesses. The coverage will be written on an ISO umbrella
form, with a total of $5MM in capacity. Policies will be issued on a non-admitted basis and will be
