Primary D&O Coverage Available for Co-Operatives, Timeshares

McGowan & Company has expanded the scope of its Directors & Officers Liability policy to include co-operatives and timeshares.  Included in this new eligible class list are developer-controlled boards and commercial condominiums that are not 100% owner occupied.  Pricing for Directors & Officers Liability policies through our "Common Assurance" Directors & Officers Liability program is extremely competitive, with minimum premiums as low as $650 with an SIR of $1,000.  We have also updated our application, which is available on our website.
