"Common Assurance" Program Quick Quote Application
To Obtain Quotes:
Agents may use the "Quick Quote" application to obtain quick pricing and coverage indications from McGowan & Company. Firm quotations are subject to receipt of the following:
(1) A fully completed application (v01.01.04 or current version);
(2) Three years of currently-valued (generated within the past six months), hard copy, GL carrier generated loss runs;
(3) Color photographs of all buildings, including separate pictures of any pool areas (photos are not necessary for office locations, PUD's/single-family HOA's, or condos which were built within the last 20 years). If you are unable to obtain photos, please let us know prior to binding coverage; in most cases we can obtain property photos for you.
To Bind Coverage:
The following items are required in order to bind coverage:
(1) A written request to bind;
(2) A fully completed application (v02.01.2007 or current version);
(3) Three years of currently-valued (generated within the past six months), hard copy, GL carrier generated loss runs;
(4) Color photographs of all buildings, including separate pictures of any pool areas (photos are not necessary for PUD's/single-family HOA's, or condos which were built within the last 20 years). If you are unable to obtain photos, please let us know prior to binding coverage; in most cases we can obtain property photos for you.
